Report

Billed as the first serious sort-out for the General Classification, La Planche des Belles Filles did not disappoint. Only two survived from the big break of the day, with Dylan Teuns too strong over the brutal final 100m to beat Giullio Ciccone who was nearly at a stand still. Ciccone was not without a prize though, as his gap over the chasing peloton was just enough to take the Yellow Jersey from Julian Alaphillipe.

With a big shake up in the General Classification, the stage results are now in.
